Plants need lots of things. Plants need soil,sun,

water, and carbon dioxide. This is how plants 

breath.  The sun goes in some little holes in the leaves.  The water goes in to the roots so the plant can grow and make their food.  Plants are

Room 2's   Trip    To   The    Botanical Gardens

On Thursday we went to the Botanical Gardens with the year ones and year zeros.  First we went on the  Bus and then we went on a bush walk.  After that we went to look at the vegetable garden and then we had morning tea . First then we went to feed the ducks then my favourite was going to children's gardens.

               year  1s  trip  the  Botanical  Gardens

On  Thursday  year  1  had  a  trip  to the Botanical Gardens.  First at school we had to get ready for our trip, like getting our name tag and getting in our right groups.   My group was Niki's Group.  Then we hopped in the bus but

my group came in the bus first and my favourite part on the bus was sitting at the back because it looks like I was almost taller than all of the children and mums and dads.  When we were there we went for a bush walk and we looked at the leaves and trees, my favourite was the silver fern.  After that we went to the vegetable garden.  My group we needed to find these vegetable they are corn and beans.It was a wonderful day.

Room 2's Trip to the Botanical Gardens

On Thursday we went to the Botanical Gardens.  We looked at the flowers.  We went to the kids garden.  I went to see a white rose.  I had a good day.

Room 2 went to the botanical Gardens with the year ones.

We went on a bush walk.  We went     to     the  kid's Garden.  We looked at the flower. I had a fun day at the Botanical gardens.

On Thursday we went on the bus to the Botanical Gardens.  First we went for a bush walk.  Second we went to vegetable garden and then we had morning tea.  After that we went to feed the ducks at the  lake. Then we went to the rose gander and then we went to the African garden.  Next we had lunch.  After lunch we played some games and we went to the children's garden and we went to the cactus garden.  We went to the smelling garden. Then we played with the toys and we went back on the bus and went back to school.  It was fun where we went.

On Thursday year 1's went to the Botanical Gardens on the bus to learn more about plants. First of all we went for a bush walk and I drew different shapes of leaves. Second we went to the vegetable garden and I saw some fruits and vegetables. Then we went to have our morning tea. I had a good time feeding the ducks!

  At the Botanical Gardens 

On thursday 29 october we went to the botanical gardens on the bus. First we went on a bush walk to look at the different shapes of the leaves.  Then we went to the  vegetable garden.  Our group found corn, lettuce, beans and cucumbers.  After that we had morning tea. We had a good day my favourite part was looking at the cactus. We saw cactuses they are prickly as well. After that we went to the smelling garden I smelt some of the roses and flowers. Then we went in the house with the computers in it and then we went on the bus back to school.
